Registered members can access their listing details by logging into the Members' Database Management Module.
Your User Name is your teacher's registration number and your password has been sent to you previously. If you have lost your password please contact us and we will provide you with a new one.

Once logged into the Management Module you will be presented with a hyperlink menu of database tables on the left of the page with a default listing of your Personal details from the Personal data table. The tables listed are Personal, Home, Location and Images. There is a Logout hyperlink option at the bottom of this list and we recommend you do Logout once you have completed your changes.
Personal: The Personal table contains details about you and your family as well as your swap options and preferred swap locations.
Home: The Home table contains details about your home with a series of Yes/No options related to various attributes of your Home.
Location: This table contains details of the location of your home plus a series of your location's attributes where you can select the travel time required to access them.
Images: The Image table will contain three of your selected images to display your home and location. The first image is your feature image and you may have already added this during your registration process.
You can Keep, Remove or Replace an existing image or Browse for a new image to be uploaded.
We have limitations on image size in order to better manage our database. The maximum image size is 65 k, and we recommend you prepare your image prior to uploading to ensure success. If you size your image to around 400 pixels wide you should not have a problem. If you use a digital camera you should have the software to manage your images.
There is plenty of FREE software available on the web that will assist you to prepare your images. For example - Visualizer Photo Resize (Free version).
To help with the success of your swapping, we recommend you complete as much details as you can on each of the tables.
